How we do it
We use a mixture of true functional exercises such as:
Running - Short, Middle and Long distances
Rowing - Short, Middle and Long Distances
Olympic Lifting - Snatch and Clean and Jerk
Gymnastics. Press ups, Pull Ups, Squats, Ring work, Handstands, Rope climbs and many more
Power Lifting - Back Squats, Deadlifts, Presses
Weightlifting. Kettlebells, Med Balls, Tractor tyres
