What is CrossFit Women?
CrossFit Women is a program designed for women of all levels of fitness, experience, and age. The program will empower you to do things you never thought possible while
keeping you in your comfort zone.
We understand the modern female has a busy schedule, be it a young career driven professional or a full time mum. Our 45 minute express sessions are designed to
convenience you and your busy schedule!
We guarantee this program will get you in the best shape of your life, and help you reach your goals all while being encouraged by our committed Women
trainers!
Getting Started
Before entering the Workout Of the Day classes, athletes must complete our Womens Intro Course.
The course is 3 weeks long (2 session a week) and is designed to help integrate athletes into our fast paced Workout of the day (WOD) classes. It starts with learning the basic CrossFit movements (Squats, Press etc) and progresses to more complex movements in weeks 3 (Wallball, Cleans etc).
We also ramp-up the intensity slowly and workouts are done at your own pace and load.
The Course is on a Tuesday and Thursday

Women Classes

After you have perfected the fundamentals on your Intro Course you will complete "The workout of the day" anytime you visit the gym. We will post a different workount each and every day.
This isn't like any "normal" gym where you recieve a programme for 5-6 weeks and do the same thing every time you go. Our philosophy is constantly varied movement so everytime you come for a workout you will be doing something different to enhance your fitness, unless we are repeating workouts from a previous date to benchmark your improvements.
Scaling - if you have seen some WODS from CrossFit you will see there are many complex and difficult movements in the workouts. If you can do the WOD as recommended, brilliant, if not we will scale the exercises so you can complete the WOD with as much effiency as possible!!
Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30am - 10.15am
